2024 ENTRY FEES

2024 KEY DATES

There is no pre-requisite of competing or finishing any trail running event to participate in any of the four race distances.

All participants of the 42km race should ideally be experienced in trail running, be sufficiently skilled and have trained to undertake a trail running event. The course is physically demanding and traverses remote sections of the property that can result in slower first aid / rescue response times. The course is made up of a combination of 4WD farm tracks, narrow single track, gravel roads and rocky sections that are rough under foot.

The 30km race is very similar to the 42km race, albeit slightly shorter. All participants of the 30km race should be experienced in trail running and have trained sufficiently to endure a course of this nature

There is no requirement for prior trail running experience for participants of the 15km or 10km races. Please note the 15km course includes a significant climbs, which reaches the highest elevation of all the race distances. Both the 10km and 15km races are open to walkers, we ask out of consideration for others you begin at the back of the starting group.

It is a participants responsibility to ensure you are physically fit enough to complete the distance you have entered and monitor your health and condition during the event, including knowing when to withdraw from the event if you are no longer fit enough to continue.

REFUNDS

If you are unable to participate in the event, entry fee refunds are available as stated below. After the stipulated dates, entry fees are non-refundable for withdrawals. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@skedaddle.co.nz
